Our five beautifully designed rooms offer a relaxed, stylish Cotswolds pub-with-rooms experience, perfect for a countryside escape. Blending the rich heritage of our historic Cotswolds pub with contemporary design, our accommodation combines the best of old and new.
Set across both original and newly refurbished spaces, each room has been thoughtfully redesigned to reflect the natural beauty of the Cotswolds. Expect a calming palette of earthy tones and carefully chosen details inspired by the surrounding landscape.
In every room, you’ll find a thoughtful selection of comforts to make your stay as relaxing as possible. Enjoy complimentary toiletries, tea and coffee with fresh milk, bottled water from nearby Blenheim Palace, and locally sourced treats. Each room also features superfast Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, shaver sockets, and illuminated mirrors with de-misting functionality.
For a restful night’s sleep, our beds are made up with premium Sealy mattresses, while hairdryers, irons, and ironing boards are provided for your convenience. Extra pillows and blankets are always available on request.
If there’s anything further you need during your stay, our team will be delighted to help – reception is available until 10pm.

A spacious super king room that can also be configured as a twin or family room, with space for an additional camp bed if required. Filled with natural light from two large windows, it features earthy, luxurious tones, a cream vanity table, fitted wardrobe, and elegant furnishings throughout. The ensuite includes a walk-in power shower with rainfall head. Please note this room is located above the bar, so some evening atmosphere may be heard.
Room one
A peaceful super king room overlooking the pub garden and village beyond. Rich aubergine curtains and soft sage tones create a calm, indulgent feel. The standout feature is the bathroom, with a freestanding bath and separate walk-in rainfall shower — perfect for a relaxing Cotswold retreat.
Room two
A beautifully calm and comfortable king room styled in cashmere tones with subtle warm accents. Thoughtfully furnished with a vanity desk, wardrobe, bedside tables, and a reading chair, it offers a quiet and restful stay thanks to double glazing. The bathroom includes a spacious bathtub with overhead shower.
Room three
Our cosiest room, ideal for short stays or overnight visits. Styled in soft pink tones, it features a comfortable king-size bed and all essential amenities. The modern ensuite includes a walk-in rainfall shower, offering a fresh and simple space to relax after a day exploring the Cotswolds.
Room four
A standout romantic room featuring a modern four-poster king bed and elegant country styling in calming green tones. Perfect for couples, yet also suitable for families with space for an extra bed for children under 12. The ensuite includes both a walk-in rainfall shower and a freestanding roll-top bath, creating a luxurious country house feel
Room five
We’re proud to be a dog-friendly pub with rooms in the Cotswolds, so your four-legged companions are very welcome to stay. Dogs can join you in your room for £25 per dog per night. We simply ask that they are well behaved and kept under control during your visit.
Dogs are also welcome at breakfast — just let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
