Darren Molloy

With more than 10 years’ experience managing pubs and kitchens across the UK, Darren brings a wealth of hospitality knowledge to The Wychwood Inn. Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, he is equally dedicated to supporting and developing his team to ensure every visit is memorable.

Dylan Cowderoy

Born and raised in the local area, Dylan has developed his skills alongside the talented chefs who have worked here over the years. Passionate about continually evolving our menus, he is committed to helping The Wychwood Inn grow from strength to strength.

Ellie is passionate about ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience at The Wychwood Inn, while keeping a strong sense of community at the heart of everything she does. She’s also known for making an excellent cocktail.

Alfie is our apprentice at The Wychwood Inn and an invaluable member of the kitchen team. Bringing consistency, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn, he continues to develop his skills and knowledge every day.
